Booking procedure

    1. Once the booking is completed from your end a booking voucher will be send to your mail id for confirmation.
    2. Booking voucher should be produced to the driver at the time of pick up for the confirmation. If not provided, driver have the authority to refuse for the service and there will not be any refund available for this.

 

 

Cab On board

    1. Duty slip has to be filled by the guest at the time of boarding the cab. 
    2. Km and hour both calculated on Garage to garage basis.
    3. The distance mentioned in the website is approximate, the actual km may vary. The km will be calculated on actual basis.
    4. A/c of the car will be off in hilly route and when the car is not in motion.
    5. Local package charges are applicable with in the city limit. If city limit is crossed then it will be considered as outstation and outstation charges will be applicable.
    6. Toll, Parking, permit and any other charges will be paid by the traveler for up and down.
    7. Booking for cab will be calculated on Calendar day basis not 24 hours basis.
    8. Driving time starts from 6.00 am to 8.00 pm.
    9. If cab is used during 8.00 pm to 6.00 am, Night charges will be applicable.
    10. Cab booked for outstation cannot be used for local (even there is any km left unused)
    11. In one way Cab the traveler need to pay the return toll whatever arise after dropping (if any)
    12. Driver will wait for the traveler up to 1 hour of pick up time on the date of trip / tour Start. Even after there is no communication and not arrived then the trip / tour will be cancelled and there will not be any refund of the payment.
    13. Apart from the booking amount the traveler has to bear the extra charges like Toll, Parking, Permit & Driver allowance and if any extra km then with the applicable taxes for All type of service offered in this website ( one way, Multicity, Round trip etc)
    14. In multicity or in round trip the customer has to pay as per km or the minimum km whichever is higher
    15. VBM Holidays is not liable for any liability arise due to any natural calamities

Refund

    1. In case, a booking is completed but on the day of trip / tour the cab and driver is not present then it is considered as fleet partner failure and the full amount will be refund to the traveler
    2. Refund amount will not be more than that of the paid amount of the customer, at any cost.

 

 

General Terms & Conditions

    1. In case of any dispute parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Aurangabad, Maharashtra
    2. In addition to all the above mentioned terms & conditions, user terms mentioned on the website is also applicable

Cancellation policies:

    1. If a traveler cancels the trip / tour before 48 hours of pick-up time, 10% of the total trip cost will be Retention.
    2. If a traveler cancels the trip / tour within 48 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund.
    3. Refunds of Payment will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests is entertained.
    4. The amount will be refunded approximately within 7 working days.

 

 

Special instructions :

    1. Cab and Driver details will be provided 5 hours before the trip / tour start. If it is an early morning pick then the cab and driver details will be provided on previous day evening.
    2. Cab and Driver details will be send to the traveler by SMS and by Mail. VBM Cabs Executive will call the traveler 1 day before the trip / tour to confirm the booking.
    3. In case of Cab and driver details not received Traveler can Call VBM Cabs on +919791115453 / +919566334090.
    4. The voucher provided by VBM Cabs have the clear indication of inclusions and exclusions of Amount on the booking. Any amount over and above this terms, If the driver is trying to collect you can raise the dispute to VBM Cabs on +919791115453 / +919566334090.
    5. Any extra charges like Night allowance, Extra km ( if any), extra hour (if applicable), Permit charges (If any), return Toll Or Parking have to be paid Cash directly to the driver.
    6. Refusal by the driver to deliver services - The Traveler can contact the support team at VBM Cabs on +919791115453 and mention the booking reference number and raise your compliant.
